My Research
I am currently working on the first two phases of my research:
- The development of a qualitative study to collect data from caregivers of people with dementia
with the intention of ensuring the devices we build actually target the needs of both the caregiver
and person with dementia. The data will be gathered through an online questionnaire, focus groups and
interviews.
The online questionnaire was officially posted on December 16, 2009 and potential respondents were solicited through various online forums.
Focus groups and interviews will occur following the questionnaire early in 2010.
