Welcome to my website!
I am a Ph.D. Candidate at McMaster University, and I currently teach Introductory Sociology at the University of Ontario Institute of Technology. This website is dedicated to my research and teaching. You’ll find links to different aspects of my research, and research tools currently being used to collect information. My areas of interest range from Sociology of the Body, Critical Gender Studies, Individual and Society and Theories of the Interpretive Paradigm.
My dissertation is focusing on understanding correct day conceptions of masculinity and the increasing popularity of cosmetic surgery among men. I am trying to understand how masculinity and appearance affect how men self-identify. I encourage you to complete the related questionnaire! By doing so, you can entered in a draw for $100.00 and your participation in my research will be truly appreciated!
